What Causes Dizzy Spells And Rapid Heart Rate In A Child?

My 12 year old daughter is having dizzy spells. She also has complained of a racing heartbeat. On a separate note, she complains of her thighs hurting when she's on her period. Any ideas what is causing this? She had blood work 3 months ago and all was good.
