I had a fine needle aspiration on a lymph. Node left side back of neck the pathologist did not want to do it as he said there would be no fluid in it well he did the needle biopsie a lot of fluid came out as it has been causing me to be very dizzy lethargic substantial drop in weight loss and fatigued could it be cancer or ??
