What Causes Dizzy Spells On Lying Flat On Back?

Today I had a brain MRI and when they went to have me lie down on the table I got very dizzy and had to sit up for a moment and then laid back down and the test was done but when I got out and got up, I was dizzy again. I don t sleep on my back or flat but use two pillows? What could this indicate. Thank you
