i have damaged my penis by masturbating, my penis now has a downward curve which never was their before, also in discomfort on one side of shaft which seems to have a small lump and pain at the gland which seems swaollen when slightly erected. i have had sex recently could i of made it worse? could i have peytonie disease. i am only 25
