What Causes Drainage Of Blood While Blowing The Nose?

Hi for the past few days I have felt like there has been something in my nose like a booger. When I blow my nose a stringy chunk of blood will come out but there is no sign of a nose bleed. I have started working out again and I have started taking supplements. I was wondering if this is normal or if I should be worried about this.
