What Causes Drainage Of Green Pus In Ears Post Insertion Of Grommet In A Child?

my daughter had grommets inserted 4 months ago no problems, for the last 2 months her ears have constantly been dischargin green yukky stuff, ive tried 5 different medicines and 3 different sets of drops and nothing seems to work, im at the point where im about to take her to the hospital.
