What Causes Drainage Of Pus And Blood From Ear?

My daughters is 24 years old and still get ear infections. She has had this problem since she was small. This last infections caused her ear drum to burst. It is pusy and bleeding. the doctor put her on oral antibiotics. She can not hear well. And this is the second time her ear drum has burst. What should we do?
