What Causes Draining Of Yellow Sticky Liquid From Nose On Bending The Head?

Hi i was just mounting a bedside table and as i was bending over to tighten screws a yellowish, orange, sticky liquid dripped from my nose and kept dripping for a while. I feel a little light headed now, like when you have a nose bleed. I ve also had a bit of a cold about a week. Don t know if that could be related.
