What Causes Drastic Increase In ALT And AST Levels?

My alt and AST have been rapidly rising in the past month. A month ago, both my ALT and AST were in the 30s and just last Monday I had my labs redrawn and my ALT was 58 and my ast 44. On Friday (of the same week), I had them drawn again and my ALT was 82 and my AST 47. This I feel is quite a jump in one week alone. I am on accutane but have been pulled off of it for a week until we see what my lab results say when I get them redrawn on Friday. Do you feel this is a drastic increase in my ALT and AST levels?
