What Causes Drop In Pulse Rate Post Withdrawal From Marijuana?

hi, i take propanalol and diazipam I recently quit smoking a lot of marijuana and suffered anxiety. My pulse is currently 50-52bpm and im worried about it. Last night i had my first out of body experience in ages and it bothered me. Should I be concerned?
