What Causes Drop In Sugar Levels During Menstruation?

What kind of doctor should I talk to for my symptoms, during my last period my blood sauger would drop making me sick, I was dizzy i had a milled headache for the duration of my period, the day I started my last period my my sauger dropped enought to make me sick, and almost black out, so that's my question.
