What Causes Drowsiness And Hot Flashes After Taking Epilim?

I had Zoloft for many yrs now .2yrs ago they put me in epilim for almost more a yrs that the psychiatric Dr. Say I don!t Bio polar no need Medication for Bio polar cancel that medication for more 2 yrs now We moved at Brisbane about two year .i went to oversea Dr. Put me 1500mg epilim why ? Make me so tried n slept until 2pm after I had long afternoom nap can!t wake up feel so sleeping . After two month visit my family bc home I come home ( Brisbane ) my body had hot flash so hot , so hot I have stayed in the bath for many time that at morning I wake up my mouth so bitter n dry I went to my GP the Dr. Wroter letter to specially du u thinks I have to continue that epilim?
