What Causes Dry And Black Line On Finger Tips?

The skin on the tip of my fingers, there is a black line and it's dry. I think it might be frost bite but it's not severe. At first I thought it was ink from a marker but I noticed that it doesn't wash off. The black areas are on the edges of the fingers, but i think it might be changes from the weather. It is freezing here
