What Causes Dry And Brittle Hair With Rashes On Wrist And Shoulder?

Hello. Lately my hair has been very dry and brittle, itching on the upper torso especially at night, dry rashes on wrist, and shoulders, and temporarily on my lower mid back. Do you know what that could possibly be? Last year I had a tooth abscess that caused the entire left side of my face to swell severely and I got it drained, but it keeps coming back..inf fact its 2 abscesses on the left side of my mouth...also, i had a knocking sound in my ear.
