What Causes Dry Brown Patch Of Skin On Breast?

Hello, Im a 26 yrs old African American female and I have brown (it is about two shade darker than the rest of my skin), dry, scaly patch of skin on my left breast, about 1 inch away from my areola. It does not itch or irritate me in anyway. The patch will not heal no matter what type of moisture I apply to it. Is there a doctor who can help me figure out what this is?
