What Causes Dry Cough And Congestion Along With Numbness In Index Finger?

I have a dry cough and congestion have taken 5 reflex and my right index finger went numb temporarily I would like to know if the reflex caused this. Am drinking water and tea and have had a banana, and a sausage gravy frozen pot pi for lunch and will have marinated chicken for dinner. Also had two chloraseptic lozenges today. I am on 100mg of metatoprol and hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg. Daily. Is it ok to stop the keflex also.
