What Causes Dry Cough, Headache And Burning Sensation In Chest?

I ve had RA for over 30 yrs; recently I ve developed a dry cough, spells can last for approx 5 - 10 mins. During and after the cough I experience severe headaches and a burning sensation in my chest. I am very fatigued. I do not have a fever or flu symptoms. ??
