What Causes Dry Cough, Headache, Body Pain With Soreness In Chest And Neck?

I have been coughing ups brown green mucus for three days. I have a headache , eyeache, and my hair hurts all over my body. Can't sleep . every time I lay down the coughing worsens. Its now turning into a dry cough. Mucus is in there but won't come up. The bottom of my neck and upper chest area is so sore its almost unbearable to try. How do I stop this war?
