What Causes Dry Cracked Lips With Foul Discharge?

I have been on Accutane for several months now and my lips will get really dry and my lower lip has been cracked really bad right in the middle and will bleed sometimes if i smile...Lately i have been smelling a bad odor just from the lower lip where it is cracked... Does this mean it is infected? and what can i put on in and what can i use to get rid of that odor??
