What Causes Dry, Itchy And Stinking Ear Holes?

My earring holes are dry, itchy and stinky. I have 9 ear piercing and it s effected 6 of the nine. What should I do to help it? It s been going on for a couple months. Also, my nose has been dry and itchy for a couple months straight too and no matter what I use it doesn t work. I need help.
