What Causes Dry Mouth, Headaches And Bloody Mucus From Nose?

I wake up most mornings lately with very dry mouth/throat, headache, stuffed ears, and a headache. I am a side sleeper for the most part. I also have a bed that I can raise and usually put the head up about a foot. When I blow my nose in morning I have a little bloody mucous. Any suggestions?
