What Causes Dry Patch In Throat Along With Dry Cough And Fatigue?

I have had a dry patch that moves around in my throat for about 3 days now, which is not helped my water, and it makes me want to have a dry cough. I also feel more fatigued than usual, and I sometimes feel feverish. Do you know what this could be? I am 17 years old
