What Causes Dry Patch Of Skin Rash On Belt Line?

Hi, i have a rash on my belt line. actually it is right where the metal part of my belt touches the skin. it started like a little dry patch of skin but it kinda went away, the last week or so it got worse, it looks kinda like ringworm but my mom dad and brother said that it wasnt. what is this ?
