What Causes Dry Patches On Calves And A Swollen Lymph Node In Neck?

I'm a 38 yr f -diagnosed in last yr 1/2 with LGS(leaky gut syndrome) and hypothyroid - tried to cut out as much as poss of foods affecting me-taking thyroid meds also adrenals low-now on suppl. for those-found a swollen lymph node on side of neck&back of neck by skull base-both on same side, seem to now have 2 small dry skins patches-red, flakey on my calves(start of psoriasis?), cbc taken wk ago came back normal, can not sleep good-head won't stop and wake up really hot, dizzt-light headed when getting up too fast what the heck is going on with me
