What Causes Dry Skin And Bruises On Thighs?

hi, I woke this morning to a few scattered bruises on both of my thighs. the other day there we are bruises as well but fewer. I also have intensely dry skin and a bit of a rash. i was treated for scabes a few weeks ago so i don t know if it is from that or if these things are possibly related.
