What Causes Dry Skin And Bumps On The Arms?

40yr old male...I have over the last six months what appeared to be just dry skin on the palms of my hands has turned into bumps, the eventually dryout and turns into dry skin, I don't bursrt them my self they just do....I try to keep lotion and or co co butter on my hands that seem to help but doesn't solve the problem..
