What Causes Dry Skin On Eyebrow?

Well I'm wondering if I need to go see my doctor. I've got what started as a patch of dry skin in my eyebrow that has now turned into a slightly raised bump with dry flaky skin on top. all the eyebrow hair over that spot has fallen out. Any suggestions?
