What Causes Dryness And Irritation In Eyes Along With Swelling In Face?

Hi Doctor, I have been bother by my face redness and swelling, my eyes are dry and irritated and my nose is pain all the time if squeeze it at the top. Although, I don t have fever but these symptom make me very uncomfortable. Please let me know what problem I have and what is the possible treatment ? I use Claratine but did not help. Thank You.
