What Causes Dryness In Mouth?

Hi Dr. how are u.. I have a problem inside the mouth areas. The upper pallate in the mouth is irritating and extremely dry.. all the times it seems that there is something in the throat makes me uncomfortable and week. this problem i m facing since last 6months. i consulted doctors but no fruitful results...
