What Causes Dryness In Throat Along With Ear Pain After Exercising?

I keep clearing my throat after excersise, feeling a bit of a dry cough, bit of ear pain at times..and then theres the heartburn reflux the past 2 weeks, always phlym at the bottom of my throat that doesnt seem to ever come up, on and off for the past 4 years... went away for a bit but when i run i experience it from time to time..
