What Causes Dryness In Throat And Tinnitus?

Hi, My issue started with throat wheezing and chest congestion as well as a scratchy voice. i coughed up clear mucus which has stopped. Now my throat gets very dry with my ears popping and ringing. I have no fever yet feel like something caught in my throat. A chest x-ray was normal. My nose will run, then abruptly get extremely dry. my throat burns which i relieve with cold water. I currently have no cough. Thank You.
