What Causes Dryness,redness And Slight Yellowness At Edges Of Eyes?

have a problem with the layer of the whites of my eyes is moving when I push it towards iris. really seems like a layer is peeling off or something. I don't know. eyes dry and red look a little yellow around edges. I wear contacts and makeup regularly. sometimes I sleep in my contacts. layer of crust over my eyes trhis morning
