What Causes Dull Ache In Mid Back And Tightness In Chest?

Hi i have been experiencing a dull ache in the middle rear of my back for a few days.today i am feeling a tightness across the front of my chest directly under my pecs.the feeling is that a quick movement ie quickly lifting something would create a spasm as if the stomache will tense and not relax?
