What Causes Dull Ache In Upper Left Inner Thigh And Armpits?

I ve been having a dull ache in my upper left inner thigh, I guess where the lymph nodes are because my physician told me it was a swollen lymph node.I also have a dull ache in my armpits. No appetite or energy either. I do have an epididymal cyst that developed after an epididymal infection.
