What Causes Dull Chest Pain Along With Recurring Heart Palpitations?

I have had dull chest ache and palpitations off and on over the past 2 days, today it has been stronger and more often I also have been experiencing a bad headache off an on for months, also I have a lump in my throat and this evening I felt as though I was going to pass out. as I have a family history in cardiac problems but no dx. I took my resting blood pressure and it read 151 0ver 101 and pulse 87. the pulse is norm. for me however the other two are high and esp the lower pressure is extremely elevated for me.
