What Causes Dull Headache?

when i lay on the couch for an extended period of time, i develop a dull headache in the front of my head, forehead region. i thought it was from being lazy all day or watching tv for too long. i know im sensitive to the frequencies given off by tube tvs, but we have a flatscreen now. what could be causing my "lazy" headaches?
