What Causes Dull Headache,fatigue And Chest Pressure While Diagnosed With Hypertension?

I am hypertensive, and I am on both blood pressure and diuretic pills. I also have reflux since birth. I have been experiencing fullness on both sides of my neck, a dull headache, pressure in my chest, fatigue, severe esophageal burning, and palpitations. I just took my bp a few minutes ago, and it is 150/100. I forgot to take my pills for 1 or 2 days, and I am back on track... but have felt this way ever since.
