What Causes Dull Pain Behind Clitoris?

Recently i have had a dull ache and it feels like it is just behind my clitoris. I had a colposcopy last year to which my doctor said that he could see the beginning of something but it wasn't anything to be concerned about. My next test isnt until the end of the year and i was wondering if its anything i should be concerned about.
I am 26 years of age, about 5'1 and 75 kgs
