What Causes Dull Pain In Between The Breasts?

Hi,

I've had mild chest pain right at the top of my rib cage, in the middle of my chest for the last 3 weeks or so. I just got a head cold and it's gotten progressively worse. Just curious as to what it MIGHT be. The pain is isolated and dull right in between my breasts, right at the top of my rib cage
