What Causes Dull Pain In Lower Abdomen?

I have a dull aching pain in my lower abdomen which worsens with standing. I ve been feeling not myself for a few days; tired, weak and shaky. I first thought perhaps a UTI but took a home test kit which came out negative. Any other thoughts or suggestions on what could be going on?
