What Causes Dull Pain In Right Testicle And Severe Sciatica?

I have had dull pain in my right testicle for a few weeks. I now have severe sciatica on my right side as well. (There was no significant incident which would trigger the sciatic pain.) Would the testicle pain cause my Sacroiliac Joint to be enflamed? I met with my GP yesterday and he did not consider a correlation of the two. I had x-rays taken which are pending. I also have a urologist visit scheduled for next week. I am currently taking Vicadin and Prednisone to help with pain management. Any input is appreciated.
