What Causes Dull Pain On The Right Side Of The Body With Vaginal Discharge?

I have dull pain in my right side on and off maybe for a year but these past 2 weeks i feel the pain constantly, not very painful but its there i just coudnt determine where the pain is but its in somewhere in my right side. And for 2 days iam experiencing of sudden gush of watery discharge but no smell.
