What Causes Ear Ache With Recurrent Infections In Throat?

I am desperate for a diganosis. For a year I have had really bad pain in my right ear and recurrent infections in my throat, sinsues and (right) ear. MRI scan is all clear. I have been ill for the last month, with weakeness, nausea, sore throat, ear pain and pain in my neck going down into my shoulder. I can't breathe properly on the righthand side of my nose and am inhaling steam every couple of hours. I'm simply told if the MRI scan is clear I have to wait for two months for a routine follow-up appointment with the consultant. I am on strong antibitiocs as I'm sure my sphenoid sinsues are infected. I also have pain in my right eyeball. Please help.
