What Causes Ear Bones Crackling And Pressure With Osteoporosis?

I have severe osteoporosis from the treatment of my lupus with steroids. I was put on prolia about a year ago, because of reactions to prolia, boniva, etc. regarding jaw pain. I am now having the bones in my ears crackling, causing a feeling of pressure in my ears. Not sure what is causing this. Any suggestions?
