What Causes Ear Clogging With Pain After Sky Diving?

i went sky divin yesterday n my ears seem to be clogged n they hurt n if a turn my head to eather side i feel as tho i have fluids in them... this isnt the first time either it happens when i fly on planes as well.. when i was younger i always had ear infections... n now i get ringin in my ears at least 2 times a mnth n they always hurt when things r to loud... wat do this mean n wat should i do.. ppl n i also think im goin deaf
