What Causes Ear, Hands And Chest Pain With Flatulence And Eye Twitching?

Hello sir I am 19 female. I hav ear pain from 10 days wich comes n goes oly for seconds. I consulted ent he said evrything wid ear is fine. And I hv pain in hands. Wich comes in goes for sometime. N I hv chest pain wich is nt a pain exactly. I think it is gas bcuz the pain kinda thing is at different places each time for seconds. Sometimes in d left breast sometimes right and sometimes in the cleavage. I hv a eye twitching too. All ths is frm a week to 10 days. My hb is 10.5
