What Causes Ear Knot Swelling With Redness, Inflammation And Blisters?

hello. my ear is swollen with a knot on back of left ear in the bone. my ear is very red, inflamed, and had these tiny blister like bumps inside my ear. i also have tiny knots that run down the side of the gland in my neck. what do you think this could be?
