What Causes Ear Problem?

hi good evening sir this is sridhar from hyderabad ..I am suffering ear problem since 15years.i done operation in goverment hospital guntur in 1999.five years better and next start the decice in ear..i am using antibiotics..second time 2009 in gutur i done operation in private hospital(bayya srinivas) ..they done mrm surgery ..but no use..lt post aural incision.tm fascial graft harvested.Edges of pefforation trimmed. Tm flap elevated. Granulations in middle ear removed.Antrum opened in mac evens triangle.cholesteatoma in aditus and antrum in all cells of mastoid removed. Mrm done ossiculoplasty not done meatoplsty done inclsion closed in alyers ..but i am losing hearing....what can i do ..already two times done surgery..
