What Causes Earache, Sore Throat And Chronic Reflux?

for a couple of months I have ear pain (both ears) what feels like a toothache on the left side along with tenderness under my arms. My throat is sore but not all the time, my tongue also feels like it s burning. I have chronic reflux, I take omerporazole twice a day. I also have a runny nose and sometimes my nose feels like its burning.
