What Causes Earlobe Pain And Swollen Eye?

I've had a shooting pain in my left earlobe since yesterday. It's paralyzing when it happens. It happen every few minutes. My nexk muscles are stiff also and I have had a headache for a week now.
I woke up this morning and my left eye is swollen, I have no idea if this is related.
